Description
Fast-vaulting a Pallet triggers the following effects:
•Gain 10/12.5/15% Haste Status Effect for 3 seconds.
The Pallet is immediately reset and blocked by the Entity for 60 seconds.
This perk then goes on a 60 second cool-down.
