When performing a Rushed action to vault across Pallets or Windows , or to enter or exit Lockers , Quick & Quiet triggers its effect:
•Suppresses all noises related to those interactions and the accompanying Loud Noise Notification.
Quick & Quiet has a cool-down of 25/20/15 seconds.
