Description
Whenever you injure a healthy Survivor, Hysteria triggers its effect:
•Causes all Survivors currently in the Injured State to suffer from the Oblivious Status Effect for 30/35/40 seconds.
◦This effect also applies the Survivor triggering it.
Hysteria has a cool-down of 20 seconds.
