Description
While suffering from the Exhausted Status Effect , you benefit from the following effects:
•Causes your Scratch Marks to disappear +50% faster.
•Increases your Recovery rate from that Status Effect by 5/7.5/10%.
Ghost Notes does not cause the Exhausted Status Effect.
