Description
While healthy and running, use Active Ability Button 1:
•You gain 25% Haste for 2s.
•You gain Exhausted for 60/50/40s.
Then, one happens at random:
•You gain 25% Haste for 2s.
•You gain Exposed for 12s.
•You gain a random rare item with random add-ons.
•You scream, but nothing happens.
The same effect cannot happen twice in a row.
