Description
Whenever any Survivor, including yourself, is not in the Healthy State, Desperate Measures activates:
•Increases your Action speeds for Healing and Unhooking by a stack-able 16/18/20% per injured, dying, or hooked Survivor, up to a maximum of 64/72/80%.
